As Global Design Director of Personalization & Accessories at Crocs, Halle oversees the creative strategy for a $300M+ global ecosystem—including the development of new categories, premium personalization, and multi-season trend direction.

Her leadership blends creative excellence with business strategy. She collaborates across Merchandising, Product, Sourcing, Tech Design, Licensing, and Marketing to ensure product is not only trend-forward and emotionally resonant but also margin-conscious and operationally sound. Her work has contributed to Crocs’ expansion and earned recognition in WGSN trend reporting.

As founder of Heart The Stones, a fine jewelry brand rooted in emotional storytelling and accessible luxury, Halle brings an entrepreneurial perspective to corporate strategy—understanding brand building, pricing models, customer experience, and product-market fit.
